Announcement: Selections for JOFFIS 2024 Exhibition Open Call

Tim JOFFIS mengucapkan terima kasih yang sebesar-besarnya kepada semua peserta yang telah mengirimkan karya untuk panggilan terbuka JOFFIS 2024. Kami berbahagia karena tawaran gagasan dan tema yang kami ajukan mendapat tanggapan yang baik. Kami menerima lebih dari seratus lamaran karya dan kami melihat cukup banyak di antaranya yang menarik, dari segi gagasan yang diangkat, bentuk yang diajukan, serta keragaman latar belakang para pelamar.

Setelah melalui proses seleksi, tim kuratorial telah memfinalisasi keputusan mereka, memilih 10 pelamar untuk edisi kedua JOFFIS:

Kami mengucapkan selamat kepada setiap peserta terpilih. Evaluasi pengajuan dilakukan dengan pembahasan yang kritis terhadap karya dan ide yang disajikan.

Sekali lagi kami haturkan apresiasi kami atas minat yang luar biasa terhadap panggilan terbuka JOFFIS 2024. Terima kasih kami sampaikan tidak hanya kepada mereka yang telah mendaftar tetapi juga kepada semua orang yang telah membantu menyebarkan kesempatan ini. Kami berharap dapat menyambut Anda di JOFFIS 2024 yang berlangsung di Yogyakarta dari tanggal 19 Agustus hingga 2 September 2024.

The JOFFIS team extends its deepest gratitude to all participants who submitted their proposals in response to the JOFFIS 2024 open call. We are heartened by the enthusiastic reception of our proposed ideas and themes. With over a hundred submissions, we encountered a wealth of compelling concepts, innovative formats, and a rich diversity among the applicants' backgrounds. Following a review process, the curatorial team have finalized their decision, choosing 10 applicants for the second edition of the JOFFIS:

The evaluation of submissions was conducted with a discerning eye on both the artistic merit of the works and the originality of the ideas presented. We reiterate our appreciation for the overwhelming interest in the JOFFIS 2024 open call. Our thanks go out not only to those who applied but also to everyone who contributed to disseminating this opportunity. It is our sincere hope to welcome you at the festival, scheduled to take place in Yogyakarta from the 19th of August to the 2nd of September, 2024.
